We have arrived safely into Lisbon four hours later than our flight was scheduled for. Wow! What a long day and night we just had! 24 hours ago we were just loading up getting ready to head to PDX. Now we're in a different country with a different language and culture and we can't read many of the signs even though it seems they do make an effort to have some important ones in English. That's a blessing! Now we're waiting in the long rental car line and praying for strength to hall our luggage to the car and then the hotel, 3 hours from here on the southern coast of Portugal in the beautiful Algarve! We feel like we need sleep but what we really need is fresh air, exercise, water and some time of decent nourishment. Thank you Lord for moving all the obstacles out of the way and bringing us safely here. Help us to trust you with each step along the way as we move forward.
